Teacher is Learning, Students are Teaching

Yes! Untuk menjadi seorang guru, salah satu hal penting yang harus dimiliki adalah mental untuk belajar dan terus belajar. Ketika sebuah hal tidak dapat diserap dengan baik oleh seorang siswa, maka yang harus dikoreksi adalah pengajaran si guru dan bukannya memilih langkah untuk sibuk memeriksa apakah siswa anda memiliki IQ yang sesuai dengan anak seusianya.
Hal inilah yang saya dapatkan pada kuarter pertama menjadi guru.

Being worried and disappointed with my self because my students didn't understand and get my expectation. There were many times when I find myself is looking for something wrong on my students. Observe themselves to know whether they had some disabilities or not. My first 2 months is just a bunch of frustrations and sadness.
Then I took some times to sit and reflect about what was been I'm doing there? Am I teaching in that class or am I only trying to find many ways to make them busy?
Then I realized  that whatever and however I do my teaching, I have to do my best. Even if it just a bunch of failures, God can make it be a good thing. God won't let my students fail because of my fault, He will guide my class to going through everything during this tough year.
My part is ONLY DO MY BEST and knowing that I AM IS A TEACHER WHO WILL NEVER STOP TO LEARN.
This consciousness help me to enjoy my day whether its hard or good. It feels so good to be a teacher :) especially to be a kindergarten teacher!!
